Start planning!

Just wanted to have you put a few dates on your calendars so you can start now making arrangements to join in the fun.

*First item of business is that Annie failed to have FHE in Feb.! She'll probably try to count Cooper's bday party. But what I'm wondering now is who is in charge for March? Guess it could be Ben or did Emily tell Rach she'd trade or should Annie take March? How about you guys figure that out & let me know:) That would be great!

*Next~ I'm planning our 2nd annual Grand Children Easter Egg Hunt for Saturday April 3rd at our house. Time can be flexible. I know Emily & Adam are planning to go to Salt Lake in the afternoon and that Sam & Autumn may only be able to come for a short time so if you would both let me know what works for you I'll post the time later. We'll plan to do lunch here. Hopefully it will be warm enough for a cook out!

*Last~ I'm just going to list dates and places and will get more details later
-May 28th - 31st Memorial Weekend camping at Challis Hot Springs
-okay so that's the only dates! Just know I want to do lots of
4 wheeling
this summer
and lots of camping where I can sit in my relaxing chair and crochet blankets
for my two new grand babies coming this summer!!

fam dam partee

Dear family and Sam,
A quick update on family party this weekend. Dad made a trip to Yellowstone Sunday and found a small amount of snow but enough to warrant bringing the snow-machines! WOOT WOOT~
Rumor has it that Sam, Emily and Annie and families are planning to show up Thursday night! Dad, Sara, and I will be there Friday morningish. Ben and girls are showing up Friday after work.
Annie will be updating meals soon as well. If any body wants to make fudge or anything else, let me know and I will add recipes so you know what products to bring so we can shake and bake:)

Love to all!!!
Can hardly wait to celebrate!!

thanksgiving nonsense from mama

Thanksgiving dinner will be served at 12:00 noon in the Hobley dining room:) Be sure to attend as the pie maker promises some new and old favorites. dad picked up a little smoked turkey from Glenwood the other day so hope all are looking forward to that. I'm planning on making spuds and gravy, dressing, rolls, and a special pink salad. Emily is bringing a fruit salad. If anyone can think of something I've forgotten ~ tell me at your own risk!

Lovin from Grammy's Computer Oven

All should be made aware that the family gift exchange is scheduled for Saturday afternoon/evening. Pa and Grammy will be giving a few small gifts to all grandchildren that evening but will also be giving them personal gifts for them to open on Christmas Eve. We will just bring Weston's to the party. We are also planning to give all families 12 days of Christmas gifts like we did last year. The theme this year will be "In search of Jesus." I'm getting really excited about it. We will only take Sam and Autumn’s to the party because of room but will get the rest of you yours so you can start opening them on the 14th. loves to all ~ Mom

Freakin at the Freakers Ball

Annual Hobley Christmas Party is on Dec. 3-6 in West Yellowstone. Should be entertaining to say the least. Plan on bringing your presents for your siblings (and the cousins) so that we can exchange them and see each other open them. Will post the meal schedule later ...
